A Guide to Emissions Trading
 This
booklet draws on recent work on Emisstions Trading carried out by
the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the UNEP Collaborating
Center (URC) and the United
Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
It provides in non-technical language a theoretical model of an
emissions trading system, various types of emissions trading system
designs as well as examples of existing systems.
