Instruction to install the GHG Indicator

To Install the GHG_Indicator zipped file, you need to have WinZip installed on your computer. You can download a fully functional evaluation version from the WinZip download page: http://www.winzip.com/download.htm

Once WinZip is installed and after saving the "GHG_Indicator.zip", to unzip the zipped (.zip) file:
1. Double click on the "GHG_Indicator.zip"
2. Use the Winzip Wizard, unzip from GHG_Indicator.zip
3. In the WinZip Wizard window, select a new directory to unzip the file, then click "Next".
4. Click the "Unzip Now" button.
5. A new folder is now created with the name "GHG_Indicator" with all the extracted files inside.
6. When the files are extracted (unzipped), double click on the "GHGIndicator2002. xls" (Excel Workbook) to open the automated version of the GHG Indicator.
When opening the Excel worksheet, you will need to "Enable Macros". (In case of using a recent version of Excel you should set the Excel Security level -in Tools/Options/Security/Macro Security- to “Medium”).

Please note that the all the unzipped files (The Excel Workbook "GHGIndicator2002. xls" and help files ), should be installed in the same directory on the hard drive of a computer.
